Frequently Asked Questions

When Should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online by July 26, 2026

May I bring a plus one?

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event (with the exception of immediate family members). We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What is the dress code for your events?

Remember that it’s September in New Orleans and it will likely be hot and humid - breathable fabrics are your friend.

Friday Welcome Party: Cocktail Attire

  • For women – summer midi/maxi dresses, soft, romantic, floral, texture, etc.
  • For men – collared shirts with dress pants. Jackets optional. No jeans.

Saturday Wedding: Wedding Formal

Our wedding style is romantic garden party meets historic New Orleans soirée — elegant, moody, and refined. Formal, but not black tie.

Think dressed-up and celebratory - rich, luxe, romantic tones.

  • For women – formal midi/maxi dresses, flowy silhouettes, personality and movement, elegance with an edge. No white please (Xo).
  • For men – suits with tie encouraged, or a suit jacket with dress pants; no tuxedos.

Check back in for a inspo board.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests may arrive as early as 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 5:15pm.

How should we get to the wedding?

New Orleans offers a variety of options, including Uber and Lyft. Guests staying at Hotel Henrietta are within walking distance. From the Pontchartrain Hotel or Hotel Tonnelle, you can also take the streetcar. Transportation to and from the event will not be provided.

Will events be indoors or outdoors?

Friday: Welcome Party will be partially indoors and outdoors.

Saturday: The ceremony will be outdoors, with cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing both inside and outside.

Both events will take place on paved surfaces, so heels are welcome.

Is there an event on Sunday?

Yes, we would love to say goodbye and thank you to our guests at a casual event on Sunday, September 27th.

More details to come!
